I used this technique to find dofollow blogs via google. Just replace the keyword part.

Someone needs to reverify the OPs list, since it was posted back in 2008 and some of the blogs could have removed dofollow completely since then.

I found many such blogs simply be Googling "dofollow blogs" In this case, at least for me, a simple approach like this worked. Be sure to verify whether or not a blog actually is dofollow before spending a lot of time on it.
