When somebody leaves a comment on my blog, if they sign with a quality blog of their own, I try to write a brief note and give them a "real" link - but only if it's interesting. I thought about going "do follow" but never will, given the amount of spam it would create.

good list. only thing is that most blogs go nofollow after managing to be on a LIST and getting insane amount of comments. also, there are usually "nice blog" and "i agree" type of comments which make the blogs go nofollow in the long run as well. just utilize the blogs as a resource and make usefull comments that adds value to the blogs. help yourself and help the blog owners at the same time

On my blog on only allow the top commentators to get do-follow links and i am pretty harsh when i delete spam some things that fly on other blogs wont on mine.

The problem with the list is that some blogs receive WAY to much crap comments and they become nofollow. Please everyone make sure you use these lists wisely.
