Hi Everyone,

How can I get more traffic thru my website? I try to submit to the SE and post on the webboards. What else i can do? Thanks.

if you have some money to spare you could pay google to put you in their sponsored results list. or pay to put popups on other peoples website.although with popups i usually click off them straight away

you can also post in classified ad sites and also distribute press releases about what your site offers, whats new with your site and also create a blog that would supplement the site.

it is not proper to submit your site to SE's, you should do proper link building and try to focus on how to get top position in SERP in that way your site can gain traffic from SE's.

Just try this...

Submit a blog to a blog directory.
Submit you RSS feed to RSS feed directories.
Mention your website in a post on Craigslist (don’t spam).
Optimize the titles of your pages for keywords people will search for.
Buy links to your site.
Buy reviews about your site on other people’s site.
Buy banner space on other websites if you can get a good ROI.
Send articles to ezine publishers with a link back to your website.
Do a big viral push for a piece of link bait, post it in forums, social bookmarking sites ike digg, email bloggers, and get a few people to vote for you on social bookmarking sites – this little push could start a viral chain reaction!
