Selling low-level software is near impossible in a time of total economic drought. The best way to cash in, if your software is of the quality you say, (which I have no reason to doubt) is by selling part of the traffic.
To use your php scripts (which should be free) your users will have to come to your website. In the process that's where you can sell them something, either via affiliate networks (preferable) or the bogstandard low-pay google adsense method.
In fact you can even put branding back to your site in the scripts so you get knock on users coming to your site from finding your php scripts being run by others.
This can, if you have a lot of scripts which people will use a LOT, create a huge swathe of traffic and branding. Traffic and branding, properly managed, always makes money. We live in a material world.
What kind of scripts are they? Maybe I can give you good ideas about what affiliate programmes could work for you.
Are you getting traffic and no sales or no traffic? If traffic and no sales, do what I said. If no traffic - use more enticing wording in your advertising.
I peeked at your site. Yeah. Give your software away free. They are media-network related. Get media-network affiliate programmes to pay you a fortune for users. There must be people similar to or actually such networks, eg on commission junction... yep I looked it up and found 22 results in the category "community" (that's 22 big companies who sell in that category who will pay you to advertise their sites) and 3 in the category "blogs". You could go very downmarket and sell smileys. But then you'd be wasting all your good work and destroying the image of your brand.
Advertising is the best online revenue. Consider google - they build software way better than yours - and how do they get paid? They sell advertising space on the pages where the software is used!
Loyalty is a valuable commodity online. produce a whole directory of useful scripts, bandy your awards about, get known. It takes time, and the return is very high. You have a needed useful product - you can, if you play your cards properly, ensure you are on the market to stay.
