Hi someone told me e-mail blasting like sending e-mails to a lot of people through a company is illegal. But someone told me if the e-mail goes into the person's spam box it is ok. Can anyone refer me to any cheap and effect and real e-mail blasting services that you guys used before?

Thanks a lot.

Don't believe everything people tell you.

Regardless of where the message ends up, ANY bulk commercial email you send, that the recipient did NOT opt-in for could be classed as spam and is therefore illegal.

I use constant contact and I'm happy with it.
As Chris said, they have to sign up for the newsletter. Sending it to people who don't expect it won't do you any good anyway.

Hi Juliensimon,

I had a question about constant contact. Constact contact is used for the emails you already have right?

Like the e-mail addresses you have from people subscribing to your mailing list right?

Every email blaster I've come across has been pretty useless. My experience is that most of these services are straight up frauds. Especially be careful of those claiming to blast your ad to millions each day or month. Research has been done on alot of these services and the results have been less than sparkling.

Sending Bulk Mail to people who don't expect or people who do not want the mails is useless and pointless. The case would be a little different if they are subscribing for it . Like news letters or something.

I you talking about email leads that you might buy from lead companies for your business opportunity then you can try a new service I am experimenting with. Do a search for fire reply. The service seems to have slowed down. The jury is still ot on this one.
