Do you submit your blogs to social bookmarking sites?

I have often submitted each new blog post to 5 different SB (dofollow) sites and found backlinks for each blog post

You guys can add these two sites to your lists:

www.blogbookmark.com (only blogs).
www.dizzed.com (other stories can also be seen).

Are you sure those are dofollow sites? I don't see "dofollow" attributes in any of the links!

There is no such thing as dofollow attributes, only nofollow. If there is no 'nofollow' attribute then it is considered dofollow. blogbookmark.com is dofollow, but I only see redirect links on dizzed.com

Great tips. I use social bookmarking too, great to know that these are follow sites. Thanks for sharing. What about digg and stumble are they follow as well? I was told these ones got indexed quicker and I've found they do help bring traffic to my site.

yes, I do social bookmarking... and I submit my blogs to them everyday... works well.. and I get more traffics from it..
