to avoid getting confused I have to say all the methods in generating lots of traffic that are mentioned here by other members are all reliable methods. of course you have a choice to follow just one method of doing all that is mentioned in this thread. one way or another it will give your site traffic depending on how you do your SEO.

Now I’ve been thinking of signing up with content connect for a while now and my only “concern” is that I’ll have to produce all that content in order to link back to other sites. The reason I’m saying this is that I’ve also been looking at 3WayLinks.net and NeuroLinker.com which both offers “automated” solutions.

The thing I like about the content connect is that (if I can find relevant niche sites within the group) it is a lot easier than chasing sites through Google asking them to do article swaps.

So I might give it a go since I’m writing the articles anyway (well most are written by ghostwriters anyway)

another thing, use twitter and follow lots of users and ask them to follow you and in your twitter updates include your sites url. the larger you network or followers, the more chance of traffic for your site.

Do what they mentioned above but for me keep on posting an acquire link in forums and you will see it gives more traffic to your new site

posting in forums can be beneficial but to get traffic from forum posting in one week, you must choose the right forum to post on because if you choose to post in a forum that has no active member and moderator there's a zero chance of your site getting traffic from it only backlinks.

I see, its OK but next time try to avoid things like this one because it will just mislead the thread and it will just bring confusion to other readers. And yes social bookmarking and social media is the right words rather than forum if you are referring to acquiring lots of traffic fast.

ppc is your best option by far
