If you spend $1 on AdWords and it brings a return of $1.25 it doesn't cost you anything. It makes you money. AdWords costs money if your site can't convert visitor to customer or if you don't put any effort into your campaign.

I understand your point about PPC, but if you have a good site and put the effort into setting up your ads it doesn't really cost you anything. It makes you money.

I agree. This would be the fastest way to get traffic within a week. SEO and everything else takes days, months, years even to build up a substantial amount of traffic.

If a person doesn't know how to promote his own site then the cost will most
likely increase since you said that you still have to put an effort on it.

If you can't put the effort into your site so that it does turn visitors into customers then all the traffic in the world is irrelevant. My point is you need to have a site that converts well no matter what. As long as you do, you shouldn't be afraid to spend money to bring traffic to the site.

If you want some good traffic in one week then you want to try the GETLOSTBOSS advice.. he had given some usefull tips.... if you will submit the website once at a time to lots of directories it will give some good traffic....but i think for a good traffic it will take time.....
