I've been toying with the idea of offering a blog to the customers who visit my site ( www.cuddledown.com) - a place for me to introduce new products, talk up exsisting products, establish my authority in the field, gather feedback, testimonials and demographics, etc. The possiblilities seem almost limitless.
But I have never heard of this being done, and before I go to my boss, I'd like to have some idea of the feasibility. Have I never heard of it because it is never done? Is this a tried-and-true lousy idea? Or am I way ahead of my time, an innovator? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
