How to Find PR 7+ websites (not blogs) to post links by following mentioned bellow guidelines

1. websites with PR 7+
2. public links, i.e. you should not need to log in to see them.
3. have a place to input anchor texts
4. link should not be redirected using a redirect script.
5. DoFollow links.

i am in need of help

1. You aren't going to find sites with the specifications you listed.
2. Stop worrying about PR
3. Spend time working on your site before you start thinking about getting links.

So true. There are lots of other things to worry about out there first than just a green bar and getting some PR7 links. lol

First you need to have quality content in your website. Once you have a site that you're satisfied with, than you can start finding linkbacks. I took a month and a bit of building my site, before I even started submitting my url to anything. Now I am busy building the traffic end. One step at a time.

For real SEO you need to forget about PR (PageRank) and start thinking about quality of links, and how relevant they are to your website.

PR is really just an "ego" boost, and thats about it.

I know sites that are page 1 of Google for very competitive keywords with very low PR.

These must be some kind of unicorn sites, those made and maintained specifically for people to place their links there... Oops, pr drops.

Seriously, look for some related resources to build link with, create content, check your keywords. There are lots of things other than chasing fictitious pr7 sites.

Yeah the above all solutions are best to do with your website..
dnt look PR and all that, just maintain your blog and write good content..

Hope I'm not out of topic. In relation to the issue, the question of "Have a place to input anchor text"...can you consider this a question with a purpose of spamming? I asked this because I often encountered this request or question...isn't it a form of just link building? Just asking - no offense here

Yep,most of the replies for the thread started here seems to be the same....that is ensuring good content for the site and eventually obtaining back links through which
Page Rank would increase eventually.
