I really like Constant Contact and MyNewsletterBuilder. Those are the only 2 I have tried but I like them both a lot. Unfortunately I am not in a position to take on more bills right now. Can anyone suggest any sites similar to Constant Contact and MyNewsletterBuilder? Are there any that are inexpensive?

I used to work for the company that does MyNewsletterBuilder. It's totally custom, and has full time staffers standing by ready to do HTML emails. The point is, it takes money and staff to run one of these sites, which is which is why they aren't free.
