My seo consultant make me to do ppc-cpc. service. I ask him about the whole service, though he had explain me but I couldn't get anything. I just know one thing I have to make a credit in my adwords account, and it will automatically deducted while any click has done. but how is it count? any suggestion.

You use Adwords to advertise your site. Your advert appears on the right of the search results and you pay every time a visitor clicks on it.

You need to just put one counter over there so when there is click on your add it automatically increase in it.

I don't really know PPC but I would imagine just one click per person per period is counted. I would imagine that one person clicking 20 times in one day is one click, but one person clicking once every day for a week is 7 clicks. I'm guessing now.

Why don't you consult Google Adwords help for these queries?

I think Google count the user’s IP address, It count one click at the same IP address.

Your ad is displayed when your keyword (which you bid in Adwords) is searched in the web and displayed in sponsor Link.. if any one clicks the link, money will be deducted from your account.

Google adwords is extremely important IMHO ,as it can deliver targetted traffic. Any marketing strategy would have adwords as its fulcrum in my openion.
