The online version of the Philadelphia Inquirer used 2 photos of my work, taken from my website, to illustrate an article. The way the article is written, it looks as though the work was done by someone else, and I don't see a photo credit. Now, the author did contact me before the article was published and asked if he could use a photo. He assured me that I would get credit for the work and that the article was positive in nature.

Do I have the right to be disappointed in this? Should I just be glad that my work is shown in the article?
Also, is there any way that I can use this article to benefit my site? Since my name is not mentioned... should I link to the article from my website?
