1. Create a Signature.
Wherever you register for an online account you will most likley be able to attach a signature. Your signature should contain your sites name, slogan and URL and also place a quick line about what you offer. This offers presence.
2. Post your site in a Forum
In forums that allow you to advertise your site (like this one) place a small post offering some information about your site. Make sure your post includes some useful information so people will not count it off as spam.
