Amezines, buzzle,Articledashboard, articlebase are really good article sites but if you ask for one then i will go for-

Articledashboard.

I will vote for article base. I love their service. Especially their analytics options and I'm getting a good traffic with it.

Article submission is a popular way to increase traffic. There are a lot sites that allows article submission. There is a strong competition between these sites. From my experiences i think webpronews is one of the best sites to submit articles.You can try it.

The third best, for me is Goarticles. The bad, is that you must have a Non free webmail service. That means you can use (gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc)

Any site that lets you post articles is essentially useful. But putting the content on your own site would be the best answer. Unless its a useless article of course...

EZA and GoARticles are both good Articles, I will vote both articles. I also love their analytics options and getting good traffic also.

I have only seen one Backlink in Google for my site from GoArticles! The sites in which the articles are not reviewed are not as good as the ones like Ezine!

No one has mentioned google knol or qondio
