Hi

My organisation has 70 stores and we are looking implement online buying which we do not currently have. Unfortunately the store owners are are concerned that this will be taking profits from there stores. As each store has a geographical catchment area we are hoping to track sales back to their geographical location and distribute sales accordingly. Is there any efficient means by which sales can be tracked on a geographical babis?

Also , can anyone recommend any case studies or (general advice) for an organisations that successfully made the transition to online buying? Can any one advise me on the potential areas we should be mindful of?

Just use IP tracking.

Just be aware of ISPs such as AOL where all their clients appear to be from Virginia, because that is where their proxy servers are.
