Hello
We have just lunched new version of our international real estate portal.
Now I see that a help from webmaster will be help full for me.

We have about 1.2M listings with unique content, so that means unique links
And all this x10 in languages
So if say correct we can have about 12M unique links.

Now the questions is : How to earn more money, and how to mush visitors we can have, if we will have made a great job with SEO.

If You can say good tips for me, that will be great, If You see some bug then also will be great to know.

great site, do you charge for listings? you can have free listing and charge for featured ad like kijiji is doing.

The best way to monetize your site is to have premium listings besides the free ones with more advantages. Other than that you can put an ad banner to help monetize all your free listings.

I would put affilate program throughout your website, affiliates that are related to your site

I'd say forget adsense or any of the other ad programs. These are fine to cover hosting costs. Otherwise, it's just chump change.

At your current level, you should really look to hire someone (on commission) to do direct ad sales. You will make much more than with an ad networks, you are getting enough traffic to make it worth while. Have your salesperson start by hitting up real estate companies and property managers.

The area where you have the AdSense (on the right) should be replaced with rotating featured properties (from direct ad sales). The banner at the top (full of unrelated ads) should just go away.

Eventually, you should consider running an adserver with geo-lookup, to send property ads based on a visitor's location.

Website is ok, I can see that database needs improvements.
And better hosting company as well .

I think you have a very nice site here, it looks really professional. As far as "how much money can I make from 1.2M links" - that is not really an answerable question as we have no idea.

You could try to add some kind of opt-in form where you collect your visitors information, or at least there e-mail. Not quite sure the best way to do this for that site as I don't really know exactly what you are trying to do with the site, but getting your visitors information is always a good idea.

Adsense is another option like someone mentioned above. Maybe some banners for CPA offers. You really have a lot of options.
