Which is best PPC or SEO?..Actually, i want to have instant traffic to my sites..which option should i choose?...is there any danger of fraud clicks if i choose the PPC?

PPC is the ONLY way to get "instant" traffic.

You're comparing apples to oranges there. SEO is a long term investment to help increase your search engine traffic. PPC is an advertising system.

I would say it's a good idea to use both to complement each other, but it's up to you.

Well one you have to pay for.
And yes you may pay for fraud clicks - but that's the risk
The other you have to do a lot of work for.
And you need to decide how much work you can put in to it.
And if you have a niche that will get noticed.
Eg if you sell Mp3 players - so do i million other people
