The OP didn't mention DOfollow links. He mentioned dofollow blogs, a term that is in use among SEOs.
Just to be clear.
Soooo, do be clear then! How would one get a "dofollow" "blog" then??

I think I can throw some light on the dofollow bit.
It's just a term coined by bloggers to discriminate between blogs that leave the default nofollow as is, and those that use the NOFF plugin (or similar?) that disables the nofollow.
I suggest you for search in Google "do-follow blogs". In this search you definitely get a batter result because i have done this reach & i know about result.
these type of strategies. Still backlings from dofollow are not taken into consideration while ranking a site.
