I'm not positive but i do not think you will get anything by just putting an icon on your site.

Its unlikely to be any worth having people digg it.

I use bookmarking on my site, but diggs are minimal.

Also, Digg tend to only make popular VERY dull or VERY interesting wierd stuff online.

Now, if you had a picture of some bacon or a mountain goat on ya site, you may be in with a chance.

But tbh, i think its pointless.
