Did anyone had any success brokering CPA offers ? Basically, CPA brokerage is when you contact webmasters and talk them in to using your CPA links through your tracking system on their websites, CPA networks pay you and you pay your webmaster clients.

What rate of success did you encounter when contacting potential webmasters of under monetized websites ?

never tried it . but why webmasters would let you place your cpa offers on their website when they can make more $$ by simply advertising their own cpa offers.
