Not long ago I bought traffic from a company. This company provided me link where I could check how many visitors I received so far.
When I compared those stats with my own statcounter stats then my statcounter showed 0 unique visitors for the URL I gave my provider of traffic!?
I checked with them about this & they replied me back with the following:
"Please make reference to your notice concerning why your 3rd part stats may not work with our system.
Your traffic is delivered by caching your site meaning it saves and exact copy of your site and displays that to your veiwers. Then it will show the copy of your site instead of the actual site. Then, it does not drain all your bandwith and instead uses etrafficserver's (the third party stats we use) bandwith which is great because traffic comeing fast will sometimes crash a server. It also protects are publishers.Another great thing about this is that even if syour hosting goes down,your site will still be displayed."
NOTE: Above is based on only 240 visitors I received regarding their stats till I frooze temporary my traffic, but still 0 uniques through my statcounter & no impressions regarding my affiliate program stats!!
1. Anyone familiar with the system they using?
2. Also my affiliate stats for my website showing for example no impressions so far??
Any opinion on my issue is more then welcome!!!
