Hello everyone,
I made a forum website. Currently I only get about 20 unique views /day. What would be the best way to get members/visitors to the forum?

The best method is to do things in the right order.

Don't build a forum and go looking for users.

Do find people that need a forum and provide the service for them.

You still need to promote it and market it the same way you would do with any other website.

Also you need to initiate some threads and posts yourself just to get the conversation going.

forums are different than other websites. you need content to make it work. There are many paid forum posting services that you can use to start your forum. or you can advertise at webmaster forums to get the paid forum posters that would post for $0.10 per post

you can get visitors and members to your forum if you can make your forum site rank on a competitive keyword like, webmaster forum, seo forum, etc.. it is one of the only ways I can think. It is not easy... but you should do.

These days it's quite difficult to create a forum and to populate it, though not impossible. Create some attractive threads and promote it, people will gather in the end.

Essentially you MUST let people where your forum is. I would go to it, but I don't know where it is. There is no one way to do such a thing. You must make an all out effort and do everything ! I personally like Twitter for reaching a lot of people with minimum effort. You must Tweet a lot and it can be on automatic pilot.

get a visitors you want to do that do work in social networking site like twitter and facebook. if do some good work and add lot of members in this sites then traffic increase in your sites
