i bought two pr6 links and 4 pr4 links last week.when i google the link.i can't see it effect to my backlink.
how can i do to get more quality backlinks? my website's backlinks still can't see at google.

Exclusive and real posts is ever beneficial to get you some good quality backlinks from other sites. There are bloggers who prefer to search and give links of other sites from their own posts. Well researched and insightful articles always gets noticed and generate lots of backlinks.

So that's why don't buy any links. Try to make them yourself, than you will be sure that it's quality.

Here i am giving you some strategy that will helpfull for the backlink for that you have to follow the content of course:

1. Identify the top ranking sites in the vertical you’re observing
2. Identify the top ranking sites top linked-to articles, and the highest Toolbar PR pages on their site using a tool like Yahoo Site Explorer (which does a pretty good job of listing pages by the amount of links they have) – consider running it through LinkDiagnosis too for PR values
3. In turn, pick out the sites that link to those sites – chances are you’ll find these pages have a lot of PR and are trusted by Google.
4. Where relevant create similar but original, perhaps more up to date content on your site
5. Contact the sites that link to competing sites, and send them a link to your page, asking politely if it might be relevant to their visitors too.

Seems like a lot of your steps is based on the PR of a site. Forget about PR - it's something that Google isn't looking for anymore. Maybe at one time - but not now.

Firstly, Google do not shows up all the links through the link operator you use to find links in Google..

Secondly, paid links,even from high PR, takes time to get cached so wait for some time to see the effect...

I agree. try creating quality backlinks on your own. You can do it by doing these methods:
article submission
directory submission
forum posting
link exchange
blog commenting
social bookmarking

I bought one link from "pr7" dmoz listed site.. placed my link in footer for just 2 days (in all pages of that site)..................... my site got pr 4 and listed in google search's first page..

You can also drive traffic to your site and build killer back links when you contribute articles and blog posts to popular blogs and article directories on the web

Backlinks is a nice phenomenon but my doubt is that are they really effective in the sense that are they capable of bringing out what is expected of them?

They are very effective my friend. They are. If you are not sure just try 'Click Here' on Google. Adobe reader pops up first for the simple reason that people link to it using the said keywords.
