well i don't suggest link wheel, might be its work, but when it fall, than you can't get your your site up in the ranking, its better to give some nice article submission & good quality blog commenting.

Linkwheel is a linking scheme that's using of web 2.0 properties. Like Squidoo, digg and Stumbleupon, a linkwheel is like a hub of a motorcycle that has many spokes. Where the spoke is the link to your site. Your site will be the core of the wheel, creating a link to each of the web 2.0 will create a neighbor that forms the wheel.

The sole purpose of linking to web 2.0 is to increase link juice that come from each link thats pointing to your website.

And of course create a VERY identifiable footprint so that Search Engines (Google) can very easily devalue the links from such schemes. Which they have done so already BTW.

I would'nt suggest you do a link wheel. I did a few in the past and had no great results - waste of time/money. Also, google hates link wheels, so better to keep off and stick to the more traditional SEO methods.
