I have everything set up with a new host to do mass email marketing (of course being extra compliant with everything). I am sending it through my server on a script. On my script software; it allows me to put a limit of emails per hour. Does this make a difference in regards to a variety of factors but particularly is sending a higher hourly limit a cause for being blacklisted or anything in that realm?
