Hello,
I am looking for the best pay per click advertising programs similar to AdWords and yahoo.
Can anyone recommend any that I can set the little ppc like less than 10 cents per click.

Beware of scam ppc advertisers if it sounds to good to be true is probably is

I have used AdToll.

They say I am getting clicks, but I need to see where my clicks are coming from and they don't show up in my Statcounter program.

I used BuysellAds, but did not get one click ! thousands of views.

I agree with you, many pay per click programs have very high cost per clicks. They should realise that advertisers cannot afford to pay those figures unless they are selling very high priced items.
