I have web site freelinksoftware.com . It is a software download site.It's all content are pc software . Now I want to submit article for this site . But I couldn't understand what kind of article I will write for this site .

And this article I will post in my site ?

Sooooo! You want to post an "article" but don't know what.

Which suggests of course that you have no idea why you even have the site or why you are even "writing" the "article".

Work that out and you are two thirds there.

you must write the articles which your website visitors are interesting.

Think about your audience when writing your articles. After your articles are done, you can use google to search for sites to post your articles.

Hi,
Writing content in your site has 2 reasons:
in-page optimization (so search engines will know what is your site about)
and for visitors (what would they like to know in order to make the "action" you want them to do).
If your site is about software download- that's what the article should be about. Does it have special advantages you want visitors to know about? What is the difference between your sites and your competitors? Any special information you should mention?
Remember to write the content for people. Try to add keywords in a way that won't sabotage the article.
