Can anyone tell "How to send a message to 1000 email addresses?"

Put 1000 addresses into the "To:" "CC:" or "BCC:" fields in your email client, type out your message and press "Send"

In yahoo and gmail, it is showing some kind of error messages when I entered 1000 email addesses and clicked 'sent'

That's a security measure to stop mass mailers sending spam.

Or of course you could pay for real hosting and be able to send real emails instead of trading off free services.

Our company uses MadMimi to send out bulk emails. To send to 1000 people it will cost you $10.

try sendblaster its free but most of the emails get send to the spam folder

I don't think you can send 1000 of emails at the same time, because all email domains have this what they called spam alerts, and because of that, the numbers of emails was being limited, maybe 50 emails per day. If you will going to do that in a month i think you can do it, but if your planning to do in on one day basis, that is impossible.

there are some tools to send such a huge amount of mail, but there is no use it will spam

Yea seriously if your sending out 1000 the Email service will think your a spammer.
