Hi! I heard that submitting to social bookmarking sites will be a good way to increase backlinks. But is it useful to do that? And will sites get indexed by all social bookmarking sites? My question here, do we need to submit sites to all social bookmarking sites when just some social bookmarking sites approve sites to be listed?

Yes if you submitting to social bookmarking sites will be a good way to increase backlinks and increase your index pages. so we need to submit sites to all social bookmarking sites when just some social bookmarking sites. but make sure make profile website relevant.

The answer is not all social bookmarking site will be indexed I suggest to create a account on social networking site.

Most social bookmarking sites either use nofollow or redirects, so its a complete waste of time to submit to them for the purpose of trying to gain backlinks.

Use them to promote, with compelling headlines, to try to get direct traffic.

Try to do social bookmarking in popular sites like Digg, Stumbleupon, Reddit and delicious and others High PR sites. And also find the Do-follow social bookmarking sites that will help you to get back links. For Social bookmarking, make 3 - 4 unique and attractive title and descriptions.

Not all but you should choose social bookmarking site with High page rank and of course do follow so that the backlinks directly go towards your site.

It will a waste of time submitting to all social bookmarking sites. Just choose the best sites and submit, such as digg, reddit,...And try to put links in your profile.

Social BM sites were designed to socialize with other ppl. They were never meant to move a site up in the SERPs. I suggest you concentrate on two Social BM sites and try to meet ppl that have the same interests of your site - then promote your site there.
