I prefer using digg even though its do nofollow still gives huge traffic.

StumbleUpon gives me great REFERRAL traffic - and I do use Digg. But I don't use them to boost my site(s) up in the SERPs - because it just doesn't happen.

My personal opinion - and please - I'm not trying to be mean - but if your going to post links in 100 Social BM sites - your wasting your time.

social-bookmarking-sites-list.com is very good to use. But don't try to submit too much to social bookmarking sites because it is waste of time. Just submit to the best social sites.
