Hi all,

I have a product and I've made sales in the last few months. The customers left their e-mails, and now I want to announce new updates. So how to initiate start e-mail communication with those customers while I haven't yet asked them for double-opt in offers.

It's a courtesy message to an existing contact not a marketing signup, and if you give a way to say "I never want to hear about updates" it will be ok.

chrishirst, can I use this many times or just one time only? and Do I follow the same rule if I wanted to announce my newsletter?
