First go to any free webhosting services like 000space.com or 000webhost.com
(cpanel hosting) & sign up there...

then go to www(.)co(.)cc for registering a domain for free(or any other free domain services you know)..sign up there..and create a new domain...

Then go to hosting website and get nameservers....
clcik addon domain in the host...
paste the nameservers (must be two nameservers in total) there...
Within 24 hrs, your website will be ready(domain is ready)..

In my case, it takes only 30 minutes!!! believe it or not...
