I think you may be wrong. I think Google is bright enough to remove any PR gain from their own sites.
Also, my site is in a majority, and if not, all of them Google domains. Did I add my site to every country, no I didn't and infact I think that may annoy Google. I would think Google decides if your site should be shown to a certain country or not within their listings without adding your site to every Google.
Hope I make some sense lol.
