I often submit only one page daily and my favorite social sites are Digg, delicious and flicker.

There are many but I love stumbleupon and digg. Both are great site.
I am preferring to use because i can found too many of my favorites bookmarks from here.

Essentially, these are sites that permit users to post their favorite sites, by means of tags to classify and organize them, and then other users can take these bookmarks and add them to their own collection or share them with even more users.

My favorite do-follow ones (for SEO purposes) are Digg, faves, and spurl.
Don't submit too many a day, you want to make it natural.
I'll probably keep it to 10-15
