found this on google. you only need to sign up one form and add their links on your links/partners page. Ive exchanged with about 1-200 links. some of their link pages have pageranks too

i've never found these sorts of site's any use! always found it better to exchange links manually with sites that i feel really complement my own! and i've had sucess in this way...
