No they don't. If you know what you're doing, it takes literally a couple of seconds to do this every time you create a new web page.

I've never heard of internal linking before. obviously I do have a navigation links section on each page, is there more to it than that??

Footer navigation as well.

imo, apart from main menus and footer menus, you should use additional inpage links as one means of signalling to search engines which your important pages are. Also, be aware of anchor text on links.

We should always make a habbit of interlinking webpages. It helps google to reach all your website pages quickly and easily.

I usually have an internal linking structure going on in the site and then I like to use a WP plugin so that every time I post or add a new page there is a link going back to the main page. The whole idea is to trap the spiders in your web, Right?

Glad to see your still doing the IM thing. We spoke last year around this time I told you not to give up I think it was with D&J. Hope all is well. Your right you don't want to to to much back to your first page but it really helps out to catch the spiders, also you want to link from page to page using your main keywords for that keyword so it helps to build relevancy.
