Personally I HATE submitting my website to directories. It's boring and I tend to fall asleep during the process. What do you think is the best directory submission out there? Also, what's your opinion on directory submission software? A lot of people say directories can detect them but most directories out there are run by average people, not big companies.

By the way I'm not thinking in terms of SEO. The product I'm trying to promote can be used by webmasters. If 100 webmasters find my website while browsing the directories each month my work in that area has paid off.
