B2B is suitable for wholesale and large Machinery.
B2C is fit to small products retail, such as shoes, clothes, bags and so on.

In most cases, there is no comparison between the two, both are very different markets. Easy or not depends on where you are now with respect to the two markets, what you are offering and how strong you are compared to your competition. And considering the rate of failure, neither is easy and both offer very different challenges.
