I buy space for banners to some websites , how can i track the statistics of those banners , tp check impressions and clicks

You can try free adserving systems like OpenX.
Add your banners code in the system then associate they with placements and get the OpenX code. After that place this code where you want.
All statistics will be available in OpenX
