I cant see you having many webmasters here having a stab at what you can do, after all only you know your subject matter, we dont!
If its any help, as an observation, you currently dont have anywhere near the content that i think you will need to get anyhere in the listings. Its extreamly hard and takes time even with rich content.
As a shot in the dark for help on content, what about pages of customer comments, how good your service is. Pages on how you are different to other methods. Some history on how the technology works, whats currently in the market, what have you provided for others etc, etc.
If you have done any editorials/ news items about your service you could post them on the site also.
You need to think it out and look at what other sites are doing. Build up your content and then look at SEO once you have more information. A good site imo will take a good while to have good content and can always be improved with more
