Firefox is a new browser, which is much safer than IE, it blocks all popups and also prevents alot of spyware and viruses from getting onto your computer from malicious websites.
Start with a relevant title. Try to fit your target keyword a couple times in there as well as the meta description. Then try to ratio your text so that your keyword is about 3-4% of the overall text on the page. This percentage should vary depending on how much text you have on the page. The more text 4% however less text, I would start reducing it.
Make sure as well to add your keyword to the alt attribute of the img tag (only where applicable and do not over do it) as well as to the title attribute of anchor tags and the actual anchor text itself.
Use at least 1 h1 tag on your page with the keyword in it as well. What I do, since h1 is so monstrous is use CSS to change the size of the h1 tag so that its smaller.
