It seems as though every site who has a categorized link page never has a high or any PR rank. In some cases the home page has a high PR but once you get to each category, it says "page not ranked". Do you think it is worth it to trade links on these types of pages. I have noticed this is the case for hundreds of sites.

First, foolbar PageRank means nothing. Second, if you are going to get a link from a links page, it might not carry that much value.

I think you need to promote your sub-pages as well. Submit them in directory submission sites or write a keyword-rich article. Be sure that those links in your keywords will navigate on your sub-pages.

For me i decide approve or deny links exchange requests accoding to website's index, snap shots and main topic, PageRank is not considered unless it's higher than 5.
