have you tried google chrome, then use its plugin, they pretty much do everything, check that out.

It tells you all of that and suggests what you can do to fix the errors.

Someone gave me, the results looks like below.

On-page Optimization(Home Page)

Page Title Optimization Rate → 25%
Meta Description Optimization Rate → 0%
Meta Keyword Optimization Rate → 0%
Body Text Optimization Rate → 15%
H1 Heading Text Optimization Rate → 10%
Bold Body Text Optimization Rate → 10%
Anchor Text Optimization Rate → 40%
ALT Text Optimization Rate → 0%

I think you should get this idea of percentage rates out of your head. Search Engines have advanced well beyond the old ways of counting keywords.

Any tool out there claiming to do these jobs is bogus.

The best way to figure out what works for your site is testing. Make a change, note any changes in your positions, then change again.
