Maybe it's just me, but it seems that a lot of high PR bookmarking places (e.g. Folkd), blogging services (e.g. LiveJournal), and blogs (I mean their comments sections) are suddenly changing from dofollow to nofollow external links all at once.
Yet, it's very rare for a bookmarking place, social network, blogging service, forum, article directory, blog, etc., to start off nofollow and change to dofollow...
