In fact it's probably better than most because Google will be getting first hand information on the webites that spam link drop at SM sites trying to subvert Google's ranking algo.

"better than most" obviously for the rest of us rather then the ones who do abuse "Social Bookmarking" sites.

G+ has a bigger potential for market than even Facebook I believe. Shall wait until it becomes as popular.

That is probably because Facebook has been around for SEVEN YEARS while Google+ it has been around a little more than seven weeks.

With the flexibility the Circles feature provides, it can certainly, if not really, be better than Facebook ever was in terms of Internet Marketing.

I never had luck marketing a site on Social Networking. I tried Facebook, Twitter but without much luck. I must be doing something wrong!

From what I've seen so far, success of marketing in Social Networking sites like those depends on the number of people you reach to in this case Followers for Twitter and Fans for Facebook. It's more of the other way around with them where quantity is better than quality(targetted traffic from targetted audience).

I haven't tried it yet but the edge will be is that it is a Google product and you can expect a one step edge. I am just worried that it might die just like Orkut does.

I think Google plus has yet to be a big internet marketing tool. It is just a new player and needs to grow a lot in many aspects. But I think it wont take a long time. It's Google! It has an edge.

As Google’s +1 Button gathers more data it will appear in Google SERP’s but according to me it will fail when implemented in SERP’s for multiple reasons.

G+ still not support for commercial purpose ,recently its for person to person relative activities it's still now allow if you want to use any communicable name, till end of year it will support to use it as a commercial purpose.

Google+ votes are supposed to increase your search engine rankings. Its probably a good idea to put the plus 1 button on your sites, and hopefully people will click on it

You can certainly rank without it, the power of high quality one way links are the most important ranking factor.
