I am from India, My half of dream come true because of freelancer.com . I started an office with 10 employee based on freelancer.com projects and it went successful for first 1 year, now I am the only person working in my office. You may think I am crazy, because freelancer.com fits only for individual. But I am more passionate about doing business. Is any one ready to guide me to achieve entrepreneur dream.

How come you started with 10 employees and finished up working only on your own? That sounds strange, ideally business should develope and expand.

you may feel like strange, but its true, you can see our fingerrprint account in freelancer.com. so that you could come to a conclusion about our capability. We won 3 big projects (now not working for that clients) . I am looking for mentor (guide) to give some idea about new business.

You can have one or two people to get it started gain with you before having much staff, I suppose you will be needing 1 -2 to get your projects done.

Good on you Freelancer is great I have used it a few time to get some seo work carried out, there are many people who work from home who have lost there jobs etc due to the down turn in economy so it really helps people.

Know how to go with the employees. Learn to set your shoes on them and you will surely know what do they need.

Yes, what did happen to your employees? Did they run away from you and started their own Freelencer accounts? This always happen in this business niche.

Now I started rebuilding my firm with 10 people. Some of your suggestions are very useful and great. I am very much thankful to people who spent their valuable time and replied to my post. Soon I would soon increase my employee strength. This is because of my new plans.

Thats a good business you are doing.Many people nowadays get projects from freelancing sites like freelancer.com and hire people to conduct them.

you need more than one source of clients. freelancer will be quite competitve. look at marketing your business in your own city. what is your business?
