hello i am a very new person in internet world i want to ping my facebook profile url to many sites and found this website which pings to 1000 websites instantly can anyone tell me or provide me some guidelines how to ping its little complicated case for me.. here's the site

The instructions on that forum post are quite clear.....(fill in the blanks)
They want you to insert an anchor link to their site.....

Simple go to ping o matic . com .....instead..

I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you really did not understand...
But let me add..we have aggressive mods...

pinging site is not so good. Build backlinks manually will give more profit to you

If you are getting backlinks either organically or otherwise the Google bots will probably pick your site up pretty quickly.

Pinging a site/blog is legit....no problem....but only ping after the addition of new content and then only once...

Pinging a site is great.....you can legitimately and quickly contact hundreds of sites....

Have you noticed that everybody seems to be on the "backlink bandwagon"...lately? It's all over the forum in many threads. One person says the word "backlink" in a post and all of sudden there's a flurry of comments following suit.....

Isn't it true that backlinks should only be from sites that have the same or similarcontent? Is it really a good idea to have multiple backlinks that don't have anything in common with the its backlinked in?

Some say it should only be "related sites"......
I believe that a link is a link....except that bad neighborhoods should be avoided......sites like porn , gambling ...etc...

I have always subscribed to the theory that good solid content/ offers will form the strongest basis for a good SERP......I am not convinced that the zillion backlink method is the answer....
especially when you look at some of these trashy sites....

I completely agree with you on that. And one of the irksome things I keep seeing here lately are people promoting that kind of trashy backlinking.

You can ping any number of times if your content is very new and original. Its not spamming..just pinging your website/blog is not at all a spamming unless you follow them accordingly.

Agreed and just to add: If you ping your site/blog when there are no content changes or if you ping it multiple times, that can work against you and hurt your site's/blog's search engine rankings.

speaking about pinging, I used to ping my blog/site everytime I made changes on it. That was the recommended.

Beware with mass ping, I have an experienced that made 21 domains of mine de-indexed from google.

This has been debated many times in the past and probably will many times in the future. I'm not sure anyone outside the big G really knows the value of related content links. I've certainly never heard a definitive answer!
