Hey All,

I'm new to the forums. I'm a freelance web designer, but I'm working on a project at the moment that really the only work needing to be done after completion is sales and maintenance. I can do the maintenance, but I'm highly considering outsourcing my sales.

I'd like to get some feedback from you guys about outsourcing sales.

* What suggestions do you have for finding workers that can generate online sign ups and sales?
* What methods should I be preferring they conduct sales with?
* How do I track which users they got to sign up? Affiliate link, their own customer input panel?
* Is it ok to offer commission only projects on Freelancer.com?

I'm really looking to take my business to the next level and start making money without the money I'm generating being linked to the hours I work, so any information you can share with me would be great.

Well for getting those workers I think odesk or freelancer would be best.Next is if you want immediate sales or sign ups then I think Google adwords will be the best option and surely you need to have a good budget for this.

I think the best way to get people to you site is social media. It is a free option, that if used correctly, can have a huge impact on the amount of people that come to it. No matter what you do for a living, you can find a niche market in social media.

Yes, but many large sites don't list their email addresses !
Or a local phone number !

A lot of moving forward with outsourcing your sales efforts will probably come from tiral and error. What method and how do you pay your outsourcer for example? For sales you might want to consider performance based pay only to ensure they put in the work, or combine this with a low base pay to get more interest.

Setting up cloaked links is easy enough for each worker so that's a simple way of tracking sales unless you have thousands of lines of products...

Probably the best thing you can do is head over to Odesk and dive in head first. You will soon learn the answers to your questions as you become proactive moving your business forward.

Social Optimization, Article Submission, Directory Submission, Social Bookmarking, Social Networks, Blog Commenting and taking part in discussions at Forums is quite a healthy approach towards making an online business stand. Besides, whoever you hire should be checked for all his activities.

There is no best way in fact.Different people like different ways to do . Currently I use website and do some SEO for it to promote my website .

Choose SEO for business, it provides traffic and sales both and in this there is no need to a huge amount of money. And to find workers, you can use ads for this.
