I'm looking to buy some banner impressions from a reputable company. I've tried trafficstream.com , but I'm under the impression it's just bot-traffic, although I could be wrong.

I'm not really looking for individual sites, but more, advertising companies. I don't have a huge budget, and it needs to be targeted - meaning 1800banners.com are out of the question.

i think trade doubler are pretty reputable. Last time i checked you could choose between PPC or commisiion. Not too sure about what PPC fraud measures they have in place though.

Just for the record, it costs a *fortune* to advertise on tradedoubler, although they're great for making money!
